    Who is this for, and what is success?

    Journey, IA, success metrics, eng feasibility.

  3. 03 · Design

    What's the simplest thing that could work?

    Lo-fi → hi-fi, components, usability, rationale.

  4. 04 · Deliver

    Did it work? What do we change?

    Build alongside eng, measure, retro, iterate.
